🎯 About the Role
Orbit Global is hiring a Commercial Executive / Commercial Manager for a growing organization in Gurugram.
This role involves managing end-to-end commercial operations, including quotations, order processing, procurement coordination, and payment follow-ups, along with office administration responsibilities.
🧾 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Commercial & Quotation Management
Prepare and submit customer quotations based on project requirements
Maintain pricing structures and ensure profitability
Coordinate with internal teams for technical and commercial inputs
🔹 Sales Coordination & Order Management
Act as a bridge between sales, clients, and internal teams
Track inquiries from quotation to order conversion
Validate purchase orders (PO) for pricing, quantity, and terms
🔹 Tender & Contract Management
Participate in tender processes and prepare commercial bids
Review contracts and ensure compliance with terms
🔹 Procurement & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate procurement activities and manage supplier relationships
Handle vendor registrations and documentation
Ensure timely availability of materials
🔹 Dispatch & Operations Coordination
Track dispatch schedules and ensure timely delivery
Coordinate with warehouse and service teams
Resolve operational issues proactively
🔹 Payment Follow-ups & Financial Coordination
Track payment milestones and follow up for collections
Coordinate with finance team for reconciliation
🔹 MIS & Reporting
Maintain MIS reports on quotations, orders, dispatch, and collections
Provide regular updates to management
🔹 Office Administration (Additional Responsibility)
Manage day-to-day office operations
Coordinate with admin vendors and service providers
Support HR/admin activities and office logistics
🧠 Key Skills Required
Strong commercial and negotiation skills
Excellent coordination and communication abilities
Knowledge of quotation, PO, and order lifecycle
Experience in vendor coordination and procurement
Understanding of contracts and tender processes
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/CRM tools (Zoho preferred)
Ability to multitask and handle cross-functional roles
🎓 Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
⭐ Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in EPC, manufacturing, engineering, or similar industries
Hands-on and detail-oriented
Comfortable handling both commercial and administrative responsibilities
