Company Secretary in Gurgaon

We are seeking a well-qualified Company Secretary to join our highly collaborative, motivated, and fast-growing team. This role offers hands-on exposure to corporate compliance, governance, and stakeholder management in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

• Ensure compliance with the Companies Act, 2013, FEMA, Listing Regulations, Takeover Code, and ESOP-related requirements.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date statutory registers, records, and filings in line with regulatory guidelines.

• Draft, review, and support the implementation of policies, codes, and governance frameworks in accordance with applicable corporate laws.

• Manage shareholder communications and queries, ensuring timely and professional responses.

• Convene, coordinate, and administer Board and Committee meetings, including preparation of agendas, notes, and minutes.

• Oversee e-filing and regulatory submissions, and liaise with the RoC, MCA, and Registrar as required.

Requirements

You are a strong fit for this role if you:

• Have 0–1 year of relevant experience and are a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI) (mandatory).

• Have exposure to or a working understanding of FEMA regulations (preferred).

• Hold a legal background, which will be considered an advantage.

• Possess an analytical, detail-oriented, and strategic mindset.

• Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
