Orbit Global HR Consultants is hiring a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) for a leading real estate company in Gurugram, Haryana. This role is ideal for a driven and customer-focused professional with strong experience in real estate CRM operations and post-sales documentation.

⭐ Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to manage client relationships, ensure smooth post-sales operations, and handle documentation and collections. The candidate will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, managing legal documentation, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. Prior experience in real estate CRM is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.

• Convert incoming leads through property presentations and follow-ups.

• Handle customer calls, queries, grievances, and post-sales communication.

• Draft and manage Builder Buyer Agreements (BBA), Allotment Letters, Payment Schedules, Demand Letters, Receipts, and other legal documents.

• Manage collections and maintain ledgers accurately.

• Coordinate with banks for documentation, loan processing, and mortgage permissions.

• Assist in preparing Offer of Possession, Conveyance Deeds, Cancellation Deeds, and other transaction documents.

• Ensure timely and accurate post-booking and post-sales management.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of real estate industry experience in CRM or post-sales operations.

• Hands-on experience with 4QT Software and real estate documentation.

• Strong communication, leadership, and customer service skills.

• Excellent drafting abilities and high attention to detail.

• Fluent in English (written & verbal).

• Ability to commute or relocate to Gurugram, Haryana.

• ₹65,000 – ₹90,000 per month

• Performance incentives + yearly bonus
