About the Role
You will play a critical role in managing data operations across presales, product imports, allocations, and system data accuracy. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with structured processes, large datasets, and operational systems while continuously improving efficiency and accuracy.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless data flow across ERP/CRM platforms in a fast-paced gaming environment.
Key Responsibilities
Presale & Allocation Imports
Remove presales and import updated retailer order quantities into ERP systems
Execute imports during low-activity periods to minimize operational impact
Troubleshoot import errors and coordinate resets with support teams
Product Data Imports
Perform timely imports for newly launched products
Handle overnight and batch imports for multiple product categories
Ensure high accuracy in repetitive data entry and validation tasks
Catalogue & Website Data Clean-Up
Standardize product names and attributes
Ensure correct pricing and availability
Validate product images and catalogue completeness
Allocation Management
Execute allocation processes using Excel-based formulas
Apply judgment in complex allocation scenarios while maintaining consistency
CRM / Creatio Data Management
Upload, manipulate, and maintain data in CRM systems
Support ongoing data clean-up and accuracy initiatives
Mandatory Screening Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
Candidate must be from Delhi-NCR only
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable working in US shifts
Strong hands-on experience with Excel and data entry
Experience with ERP / CRM / data import systems (e.g., SX.e, Creatio preferred)
Immediate joiners preferred
