Job Summary

Orbit Consultant is hiring a Data Operations Associate for one of its leading gaming industry clients. The role involves supporting core operational processes related to presale management, product imports, allocations, and system data accuracy.

The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, comfortable with repetitive data-driven tasks, and experienced in working with Excel, ERP/CRM systems, and data imports. This role also provides opportunities to contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Presale & Allocation Imports

• Remove presales from ERP systems and import updated retailer order quantities

• Execute imports during low-activity periods to minimize operational disruption

• Troubleshoot import issues and coordinate with support teams for resolution

Product Imports

• Perform timely imports of newly launched products

• Manage batch or overnight imports for categories such as supplies, toys, and delayed inventory

• Maintain high accuracy during repetitive copy-paste and data entry tasks

Catalogue & Website Data Management

• Standardize product naming conventions

• Ensure products have correct images and pricing

• Maintain consistency and accuracy across systems

Allocations

• Execute allocation processes using predefined formulas and Excel tools

• Apply sound operational judgment while maintaining consistency

CRM & Data Maintenance

• Upload, manipulate, and maintain data within CRM platforms

• Support data clean-up and accuracy improvement initiatives

Mandatory Screening Criteria

(Candidates not meeting these criteria will not be considered)

• Must be currently based in Delhi-NCR

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Willingness to work in US shifts

• Strong hands-on experience in Excel and data entry

• Experience with ERP, CRM, or data import systems

• Immediate joiners preferred

(Experience with systems such as SX.e or Creatio is an added advantage)
