Role Summary
A leading global BPO & tech-enabled services company is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager – HRBP to lead employee engagement, performance management, and core HR operations across large business units. The role demands hands-on expertise in end-to-end HR partnership, strong analytical ability, and people leadership for teams managing a workforce of 1300+ employees in an international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business leaders to manage end-to-end HR operations for assigned verticals.
- Drive employee engagement, retention, and grievance handling initiatives.
- Support Performance Management (PMS), talent management, and succession planning.
- Lead a team responsible for payroll, compliance, and HR operations.
- Conduct employee sessions like Focus Groups, Meet the Leader, and feedback forums.
- Design and manage onboarding, communication, and engagement programs aligned with business objectives.
- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, shrinkage, headcount) and prepare MIS reports using advanced Excel skills.
- Collaborate with management to implement HR policies and process improvements.
- Administer performance improvement plans (PIPs) and collaborate on disciplinary procedures.
- Contribute to employer branding and internal communication through engagement platforms and digital channels.
Mandatory Criteria
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Human Resources Management at Deputy Manager or Manager level.
- Currently handling a team and managing a headcount of 1300+ employees.
- Strong background in International BPO, KPO, or BPM organizations.
- Proven experience across HRBP, employee relations, compliance, payroll, and engagement.
- Proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, formulas, and MIS).
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Willingness to work in evening or rotational shifts (UK/Night shifts).
Shift Details
- Role 1: 5:30 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift)
- Role 2: 11:30 AM – 9:00 PM (Mid-Day + Night Shift)
- Both roles are based at different Noida offices.
