💼 Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive EHS Manager to lead Environment, Health & Safety initiatives across operations.

The role involves ensuring regulatory compliance, risk management, safety training, and sustainability practices, while fostering a strong safety culture within the organization.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain EHS policies, procedures, and programs
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and national EHS regulations
• Conduct safety audits, inspections, and risk assessments across plant operations
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis, ensuring corrective actions
• Drive EHS training and awareness programs for employees and contractors
• Monitor and report EHS performance metrics and compliance status
• Manage environmental initiatives such as waste management, pollution control, and sustainability
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities for inspections and compliance requirements
• Promote a proactive safety culture and continuous improvement

• 5–8 years of experience in EHS management, preferably in pharmaceutical, chemical, or botanical industries
