Company Location: Noida Sector-81 (Uttar Pradesh)
Initial Work Location: Mayapuri, Delhi (Until May 2026)
Interview Location: Mayapuri, Delhi

All selected candidates will initially work from Mayapuri, Delhi until May 2026.
Post May 2026, the role will be relocated to Noida Sector-81.
Interviews for all positions will be conducted only at Mayapuri, Delhi.
Position Overview
We are seeking a professional Executive Assistant (EA) with strong experience supporting senior management in a manufacturing company environment. The role requires excellent coordination, administrative management, and communication skills to ensure smooth day-to-day executive operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level administrative and executive support to senior management.
Manage calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Prepare reports, presentations, MOMs, and business correspondence.
Coordinate between management, departments, and factory operations.
Handle confidential documents and maintain proper records.
Follow up on action items, internal communications, and operational updates.
Assist in documentation, scheduling, and office coordination activities.
Support management in daily planning and organizational tasks.
Candidate Requirements
Gender: Male candidates only
Education: Graduate in any discipline
Experience: Minimum 6+ years experience as an Executive Assistant
Industry Preference: Mandatory experience in manufacturing companies
Strong communication skills (Hindi & English)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Excellent coordination and organizational abilities
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Compensation
Salary: Up to ₹50,000 CTC per month (based on experience & suitability)
