1. Club Manager
Job Summary
As the Club Manager, you are the CEO of the branch, fully accountable for profitability, sales performance, and operational excellence. Your core objective is to drive revenue through personal sales and by building and leading a high-performing sales team, while ensuring the club consistently meets global standards for cleanliness, maintenance, and member experience.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Leadership & Revenue Generation
Take complete ownership of monthly and quarterly membership targets
Train, mentor, and manage Sales Executives with daily sales huddles
Track lead pipelines, conversions, and closing ratios
Personally close high-value leads, corporate tie-ups, and complex deals
Execute local marketing initiatives including community events, school fetes, and promotions
2. Club Operations & Maintenance
Ensure the facility is audit-ready every day
Maintain global cleanliness and hygiene standards
Oversee equipment upkeep, including premium machines (e.g., Precor Resolute Series)
Manage vendors, AMC providers, and maintenance teams
Ensure all safety, security, and 24/7 access systems are fully functional
3. Member Experience & Retention
Build a strong club community to reduce cancellations (churn)
Handle member complaints, billing issues, and escalations professionally
Track memberships and ensure timely renewals through structured follow-ups
Required Skills & Competencies

2. Fitness Trainer (PT-Focused Role)
Job Summary
We are seeking a certified, high-energy Fitness Trainer with a strong sales mindset. Your role is to deliver exceptional training experiences while proactively converting members into Personal Training (PT) clients using premium equipment and Body Composition Analysis (BCA) tools.
Key Responsibilities
1. PT Sales & Lead Generation
Actively engage members on the gym floor during workouts
Conduct impactful introductory PT sessions
Present PT packages confidently and close sales
Ensure high client satisfaction to drive renewals
2. Fitness Instruction & Safety
Design customized, periodized training programs
Educate members on correct equipment usage
Conduct regular BCA assessments to track progress
Use BCA data to demonstrate value and upsell training
3. Club Culture & Retention
Maintain gym-floor cleanliness and discipline
Report equipment issues promptly
Participate in fitness challenges, bootcamps, and content creation
Qualifications
Certification from K11, ACE, NASM, ACSM, Gold’s Gym, or equivalent
Minimum 1 year experience in a commercial gym
Proven ability to sell Personal Training
Professional, fit appearance
3. Fitness Manager
Job Summary
The Fitness Manager owns the quality of the fitness experience on the floor. You will lead General Trainers and Personal Trainers, drive PT revenue, and ensure members consistently achieve visible results through expert consultations and data-driven coaching.
Key Responsibilities
1. Revenue & Sales (PT & Upselling)
Drive Personal Training sales targets
Conduct advanced fitness consultations and BCA sessions
Upsell specialized programs and services
Implement referral programs for training clients
2. Team Management
Monitor trainer performance and engagement
Train staff in consultative, service-based selling
Manage trainer rosters during peak hours
3. Member Engagement & Retention
Conduct periodic BCA follow-ups

Qualifications
Advanced fitness certification (ACE / NASM / ACSM or equivalent)
5+ years as a Personal Trainer

4. Sales Executive
Job Summary
We are hiring a results-driven Sales Executive who will be the face of the club. Your responsibility is to convert leads into memberships by delivering exceptional tours, understanding client needs, and closing sales through persuasive communication.

Follow up on digital and referral leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email
Manage walk-ins and deliver professional club tours
Identify customer needs and close sales on the same day
