Key Responsibilities for FP&A Analyst Role

1. Financial Analysis & Reporting

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including variance analysis and KPI reviews.

• Identify financial trends, risks, and opportunities to support leadership decisions.

2. Budgeting & Forecasting

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build accurate budgets and forecasts.

• Track actual performance vs. budget and highlight major deviations.

3. Financial Modelling

• Create and maintain advanced financial models supporting business planning and scenario analysis.

• Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all financial projections.

4. Dashboarding & Management Presentations

• Prepare MIS reports, financial dashboards, and management-level presentations.

• Communicate complex financial data in a structured and simple manner.

5. Cost Management & Business Partnering

• Work with internal teams to drive cost optimisation and efficiency.

• Support decision-making with data-driven recommendations and insights.

6. Process Improvement

• Enhance FP&A processes, reporting frameworks, and overall financial workflow efficiency.

Mandatory Requirements (Must Have for Screening)

1. CA candidates are strictly NOT eligible.

2. Must be a graduate from Tier 1 or Tier 2 institutions.

3. 2–3 years of strong experience in FP&A or Financial Analysis.

4. Expertise in financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

5. Proven experience in preparing dashboards, reports, and presentations.

6. Advanced Excel proficiency with exceptional accuracy and attention to detail.

7. Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills.

8. Solid understanding of cost management principles.

9. Highly driven, enthusiastic, and intentful candidates preferred.
