About the Role

We are hiring a Full Stack Engineer for a fast-growing SaaS company.

This role offers an opportunity to work across frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure, building scalable and high-performance web applications. You will collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to deliver innovative and user-centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable web applications
• Build backend services using Node.js, Express.js, and TypeScript
• Contribute to frontend development and feature integration
• Participate in planning, estimation, and execution

2. Backend & API Engineering

• Develop RESTful APIs and microservices
• Implement asynchronous workflows and scalable architectures
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security
• Build authentication and authorization systems

3. Database Design & Optimization

• Design and manage MongoDB schemas
• Optimize database queries and performance
• Ensure data integrity and efficient data handling

4. Frontend Integration

• Collaborate with frontend teams using React.js
• Ensure seamless API integration and responsive UI performance

5. System Design & Scalability

• Contribute to architecture and design discussions
• Build scalable and future-ready systems
• Optimize applications for speed and performance

6. Collaboration & Product Development

• Work closely with product managers and designers
• Deliver features end-to-end from development to deployment

7. Code Quality & Best Practices

• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code
• Follow Git-based workflows and code review practices
• Continuously improve engineering standards

Eligibility Criteria

Experience

• Minimum: 4 years
• Preferred: 4 – 7 years in Full Stack Development

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science / Engineering or related field

Location

• Bangalore (Onsite)

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable)

• Strong experience with Node.js and TypeScript
• Hands-on experience with React.js
• Strong knowledge of MongoDB
• Experience building RESTful APIs
• Understanding of asynchronous programming
• Experience working in startup or scale-up environments

Preferred Skills

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Knowledge of Docker and containerization
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Experience with testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha)
• Exposure to microservices architecture
