Key Responsibilities
Lead & Manage a Global TA Team
Guide, coach, and track the performance of a distributed recruitment team.
Ensure the team consistently meets daily sourcing, interview, and hiring KPIs.
Drive International Hiring Strategy
Partner with global HR leaders to execute scalable and data-driven hiring plans.
Prioritize open roles based on business urgency and global workforce needs.
Full-Cycle Global Hiring
Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior, niche, and leadership roles across APAC, NORAM & LATAM.
Maintain a premium candidate experience across time zones.
Optimize Tools & Technology
Oversee effective usage of ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.).
Leverage global job boards such as LinkedIn Recruiter, JobStreet, Naukri, Indeed Global, SEEK, Kalibrr, etc.
Data-Driven Recruitment Excellence
Track hiring funnel metrics, dashboards, KPIs, and team productivity reports.
Use data insights to refine strategy and improve hiring efficiency.
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
Collaborate with senior leaders, hiring managers, and global teams.
Manage external agencies, RPO partners, and sourcing vendors.
Process Excellence & Employer Branding
Improve recruitment SOPs and global hiring playbooks.
Support employer branding campaigns and candidate engagement initiatives.
Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening)
You must meet all the following to qualify:
5–10 years of full-cycle recruitment experience.
2–3 years in a TA Team Lead or global/regional hiring leadership role.
Hands-on hiring experience across APAC, EMEA, and Americas.
Background in SaaS, tech, or high-growth startup environments.
Proven ability to manage and coach a global TA team with daily KPIs.
Deep experience with global recruitment platforms (LinkedIn, JobStreet, Naukri, Indeed, etc.).
Strong proficiency with ATS (Greenhouse, Lever, Workable, etc.).
Capability to hire for critical and leadership roles.
Excellent stakeholder management & communication across time zones.
Strong understanding of global talent markets & remote hiring trends.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience leading cross-regional TA functions in SaaS or hospitality-tech.
Knowledge of employer branding & recruitment marketing.
Additional language proficiency.
Strong analytical mindset with dashboard interpretation skills.

Technical Skills
