💰 Salary: ₹70,000 – ₹80,000 per month

📌 Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Group Head – Accounts & Finance to lead the entire finance and accounting function for our Automotive Components Manufacturing operations at Bawal.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to manufacturing accounting, statutory compliance, plant-level finance control, and team leadership.

This role requires hands-on involvement in financial strategy, compliance management, audit coordination, and cost control in a factory environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

1️⃣ Financial Control & Finalization

• Oversee end-to-end accounting operations for the manufacturing unit

• Monthly, quarterly & annual financial closing

• Preparation & finalization of Balance Sheet, P&L & Cash Flow

• Cost analysis and margin control

• Working capital management

2️⃣ Manufacturing & Cost Accounting

• Product costing & variance analysis

• BOM validation & inventory valuation

• Raw material & WIP accounting

• Production cost control

• Budgeting & forecasting for plant operations

3️⃣ Statutory Compliance & Taxation

• GST compliance, returns & reconciliations

• TDS calculation & filing

• Income Tax & advance tax management

• Handling assessments & notices

• Liaison with government authorities

4️⃣ Audit & Internal Controls

• Handling statutory audit, internal audit & tax audit

• Implementation of strong internal financial controls

• Compliance with Companies Act & accounting standards

• Risk assessment and financial governance

5️⃣ Banking & Treasury Management

• Fund flow & cash flow management

• Banking relations & loan management

• Working capital limits & documentation

• LC/BG handling

6️⃣ ERP & Systems Management

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP FICO / ERP

• Financial MIS reporting & dashboard preparation

• Process automation & internal system improvements

7️⃣ Leadership & Coordination

• Lead and manage Accounts & Finance team

• Coordination with plant head, procurement & operations team

• Financial strategy planning with management

🧾 Candidate Profile

✅ Experience:

• 15–22 years in Accounts & Finance

• Minimum 5+ years in Manufacturing Industry

• Automotive industry experience preferred

✅ Qualification:

• B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance

• CA Inter preferred (optional)

✅ Technical Skills:

• GST, TDS, Taxation

• Finalization of Accounts

• Costing & Inventory Control

• SAP FICO / ERP systems

• Advanced Excel

• MIS & Financial Reporting
