About the Role
As Regional Sales Manager, you will drive sales growth, distributor expansion, market penetration, and team performance across Karnataka for a leading soft drinks brand.
You will be responsible for handling regional sales strategy, secondary sales growth, channel development, distributor management, and market execution.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Market Expansion
- Drive primary and secondary sales across Karnataka.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Expand market share and strengthen product visibility.
- Identify new business opportunities and expansion markets.
Distributor & Channel Management
- Appoint and manage distributors across assigned territories.
- Build strong relationships with retailers, wholesalers, and modern trade partners.
- Ensure effective market coverage and stock availability.
Team Leadership
- Lead and motivate Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and field sales teams.
- Conduct regular market visits and performance reviews.
- Monitor team productivity and sales KPIs.
Market Execution
- Implement trade schemes, promotions, and branding activities.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Ensure excellent merchandising and in-store visibility.
Reporting & Coordination
- Prepare sales forecasts and MIS reports.
- Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and finance teams.
- Ensure timely collections and operational efficiency.

✔ Strong experience in FMCG / Beverage / Soft Drinks industry
✔ Proven experience in Regional Sales Management
✔ Excellent distributor and channel sales management skills
✔ Strong understanding of Karnataka market dynamics
✔ Team handling and leadership capability
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
