Job Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Head with strong expertise in the Jewellery Retail Industry to lead the Human Resources function for a leading jewellery brand. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience managing HR operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and compliance within the jewellery retail sector.
This role will be responsible for driving HR strategy, supporting business expansion, and building a strong workforce across multiple store locations.
Note: Candidates without Jewellery Industry experience will not be considered.
Key Responsibilities
HR Strategy & Leadership
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals.
Partner with leadership teams to support organizational growth.
Drive workforce planning for retail stores and corporate functions.
Talent Acquisition
Lead recruitment strategies for showroom staff, store managers, and corporate roles.
Build strong talent pipelines within the jewellery retail sector.
Ensure timely hiring for new store openings and business expansion.
HR Operations
Oversee the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, confirmation, and exit processes.
Implement HR policies and standard operating procedures.
Manage HR systems and documentation.
Employee Engagement
Develop engagement initiatives to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
Promote a positive work culture across retail locations.
Performance Management
Implement performance management frameworks.
Monitor employee performance and support leadership development programs.
Compliance & Labour Laws
Ensure adherence to labour laws and statutory compliance.
Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
Training & Development
Identify training needs and conduct development programs for store staff and management teams.
Compensation & Benefits
Manage compensation structures and employee benefits.
Benchmark salaries within the jewellery retail industry.
Required Qualifications
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources or related field
Minimum 10–15 years of HR experience
Mandatory experience in the Jewellery Retail Industry
Experience managing HR for multi-location retail operations
