About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead and manage end-to-end HR functions in a fast-paced, multi-location environment. The role requires a blend of strategic HR leadership and hands-on operational execution, with strong exposure to recruitment, performance management, HR operations, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
Drive HR strategy aligned with business growth and workforce planning
Handle end-to-end recruitment for full-time, contractual, campus & internship hiring
Manage onboarding, induction, engagement & employee lifecycle processes
Own and execute Performance Management System (PMS) including goal setting, reviews & feedback
Draft and implement HR policies, SOPs & ensure statutory compliance
Manage employee relations, grievance handling & conflict resolution
Partner with leadership on talent development, succession planning & capability building
Oversee HR operations including payroll coordination, exits, records & vendor management
Implement and manage HRIS / ATS systems, HR digitisation & people analytics
Ensure timely reporting, audit readiness & stakeholder coordination
Build and sustain a positive, inclusive, high-performance work culture
Mandatory Requirements (Screening Criteria)
6–12 years of experience in both strategic & operational HR
Proven experience handling HR for multi-location / multi-state teams
Strong ownership of recruitment (FT, contract, campus & interns)
Hands-on experience in PMS implementation and execution
Exposure to HR operations: onboarding, exits, payroll coordination
Proficiency in HRIS / ATS tools and HR analytics
Strong communication & stakeholder management skills
Bachelor’s degree in HR / Business / Psychology (MBA preferred)
Fluency in English & Hindi
Willingness to travel as required
Preferred / Added Advantage
Experience in consulting, analytics, public policy, or project-driven organizations
