We are looking for a dynamic and creative Influencer Marketing Executive to join a fast-growing D2C brand in the beauty and personal care space. This role is ideal for someone who understands creator-led marketing, lives and breathes Instagram trends, and can turn influencer collaborations into measurable business impact.

💼 Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and manage high-budget influencer marketing campaigns (₹30–40 Lakhs+)
Identify, scout, onboard, and manage Instagram influencers aligned with brand and audience fit
Handle influencer outreach, negotiations, contracts, and deliverable tracking
Execute campaigns specifically within skincare, beauty, and makeup categories
Track and analyze campaign performance using Instagram metrics, Google Analytics, and Excel
Build and maintain a strong database of influencers, especially from the South region
Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, brand, and digital teams
Prepare post-campaign reports highlighting reach, engagement, ROI, and learnings
✅ Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
2–4 years of hands-on experience in Influencer Marketing
Experience working with D2C brands in Beauty, Skincare, Lifestyle, or Fashion
(Agency candidates are welcome if they’ve handled D2C beauty brands)Proven experience managing high-budget influencer campaigns (minimum ₹30–40 Lakhs)
Strong understanding of beauty/skincare & makeup content trends and benchmarks
Excellent experience in Instagram influencer outreach, negotiation, and partnership management
Ability to evaluate creators based on engagement, audience fit, and performance data
Proficiency in Google Analytics, MS Excel, and performance reporting
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
🌍 Additional Preferences
Candidates from the South region preferred
Candidates from other locations may be considered if they have a strong South influencer database
