We are hiring an experienced IT Recruiter to join a leading global technology solutions company based in Berlin. The role involves sourcing, attracting, and hiring top IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, and professional networks. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a hybrid model while contributing to a dynamic recruitment team.

Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle IT recruitment for roles across multiple departments.
Source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, social networks, and German job portals.
Conduct screening and interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and define job requirements.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain recruitment metrics and provide reports to management.
Keep updated with IT recruitment trends in the German market.
Mandatory Requirements
Must be a native German or hold a B2 level German language certification.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT recruitment.
Proven expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing.
Hands-on experience with German job portals and ATS tools.
Preferred Skills
Strong communication skills in English and German.
Solid understanding of IT technologies, job roles, and hiring practices.
Excellent coordination, networking, and negotiation skills.
Proactive attitude and ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
