Position: Program Manager – Advertising & Strategy
We are seeking a talented Program Manager to lead data-driven strategic initiatives, oversee cross-functional programs, and collaborate with leadership teams to drive organizational growth. This is a key onsite role based in Gurgaon, offering exposure to international markets, analytics-driven strategy, and decision-making at scale.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage data-backed strategic programs to support business growth and efficiency.
Conduct comprehensive performance analysis to support leadership decision-making.
Build and manage financial models and scenario analyses for risk evaluation and forecasting.
Track, measure, and report the progress of key strategic initiatives across teams.
Research market trends, competitive landscapes, and partnership opportunities.
Collaborate cross-functionally with business, marketing, and technology teams.
Drive process optimization and operational excellence through structured program management.
Support strategic partnerships and integration efforts to enhance business performance.
Present insights and recommendations clearly to stakeholders through reports and presentations.
Candidate Requirements
Experience: 3–5 years of proven experience in Strategy, Program Management, Consulting, or Business Analysis.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or related fields. (MBA preferred but not mandatory.)
Skills & Expertise:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (Tableau, SQL, or similar).
Experience in data-backed decision-making and building strategic roadmaps.
Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with AdTech, Media, or Marketing Analytics is preferred.
