Experience Required: Minimum 8 Years
CTC: Approx. ₹90,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Manager – Injection Moulding to set up and manage a new injection moulding plant for electronics product manufacturing, including mobile accessories and plastic electronic components. The role involves complete responsibility for plant setup, machinery commissioning, and ongoing production operations using ABS and PP materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end setup of a new injection moulding facility for electronics products

• Plan plant layout, utilities, workflow, and material movement

• Select, install, and commission injection moulding machines and auxiliary equipment

• Handle technical operations of injection moulding machines

• Manage production of plastic components used in mobile accessories and electronic products

• Work extensively with ABS and PP materials

• Ensure high-quality standards, dimensional accuracy, and surface finish required for electronics products

• Establish SOPs, quality checks, and safety practices

• Monitor production targets, cycle times, rejection levels, and productivity

• Coordinate with mould vendors, raw material suppliers, and maintenance teams

• Lead and train production, technical, and maintenance staff

• Troubleshoot machine, mould, and process-related issues

• Drive continuous improvement, cost control, and waste reduction initiatives

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in plastic injection moulding

• Mandatory experience in electronics / mobile accessories / consumer electronics manufacturing

• Strong expertise in ABS and PP plastic materials

• Proven experience in greenfield plant setup or expansion projects

• In-depth technical knowledge of:

  • Injection moulding machines

  • Moulds, tooling, and auxiliary equipment

• Experience managing production operations and shop-floor teams

• Ability to independently handle plant setup and full-scale production

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
