💼 Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Manager – Marketing to lead B2B marketing initiatives for the U.S. and European markets.

This role requires a strong blend of strategic thinking, global market expertise, and leadership capability to drive brand positioning, demand generation, and business growth in international markets.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to expand market share in the U.S. and European markets
• Build and manage branded ingredient platforms with strong clinical validation
• Lead B2B marketing campaigns including digital marketing, trade shows, and content strategy
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities
• Build strong relationships with nutraceutical brands, supplement manufacturers, and industry stakeholders
• Drive corporate branding and PR initiatives to enhance global visibility
• Collaborate with R&D and Sales teams to align product offerings with market demand
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards
• Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team
• Travel internationally for business development and industry events

🧠 Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Expertise in brand management and campaign execution
• Proficiency in digital marketing (SEO, SEM, email, social media)
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and global market dynamics
• Experience in product positioning and pricing strategy
• Knowledge of clinically studied botanical ingredients (preferred)
• Strong analytical skills in market planning and competitive analysis

🎓 Qualification & Experience

• MBA in Marketing or related field
• 7–10 years of experience in B2B marketing with U.S. or European market exposure
• Experience in nutraceutical, herbal, or pharma industry preferred
• PhD in Life Sciences / Pharmacognosy (added advantage)
