Job Summary

We are looking to hire a Manager – New Product Development (NPD) who will lead end-to-end new product development activities. The role requires close coordination with internal teams and international partners, especially India and China teams, to ensure successful development, validation, and implementation of new products into production.

The candidate will play a critical role in technical evaluation, documentation, testing, and production readiness of new electronic products.

Educational Requirements

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering

• Strong computer proficiency:

  • MS Excel

  • MS Word

  • PowerPoint

  • MS Outlook

• Languages Required: Hindi & English

Key Responsibilities (KRA / Job Role)

🔧 New Product Development

• Lead complete New Product Development (NPD) lifecycle.

• Coordinate with India & China teams for product development and execution.

• Review product specifications, components, and design feasibility.

• Capability to read and review Gerber files.

📄 Documentation & Technical Management

• Prepare and maintain new product documentation.

• Develop product datasheets and technical specifications.

• Production SOP checking and approval.

• BIS technical report verification and approval.

• IQC technical report checking and approvals.

🧪 Testing & Validation

• Conduct new product testing and prepare technical reports.

• Manage sample development for clients.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis for technical issues.

• Support technical validation before mass production.

🏭 Production & Technical Support

• Provide technical support to production teams.

• Conduct in-house technical training sessions.

• Ensure product readiness for manufacturing.

• Support China IQC technical coordination.

🤝 Client & Cross-Functional Coordination

• Provide technical support to clients.

• Work closely with production, quality, and sourcing teams.

• Ensure smooth product transition from development to production.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of electronic components & PCB design

• Understanding of electrical & molding part specifications

• Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability

• Strong documentation and reporting skills

• Team leadership and coordination capability
