Manager – Research & Development (R&D)

📍 Location: Mayapuri Industrial Area, Phase-1, New Delhi

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Manager – R&D who will lead end-to-end new product development activities. The role involves managing hardware and software development, coordinating with India and China teams, and ensuring successful development, testing, and commercialization of new electronic products.

Experience Required

✅ 5–8 years of experience in Electronics Manufacturing Industry
(Preference: Audio products / Mobile accessories / Consumer electronics)

Compensation

💰 CTC: ₹50,000 – ₹60,000 per month

Educational Qualifications

• B.Tech / Diploma in Electronics & Communication Engineering

• Strong computer proficiency:

  • MS Excel

  • MS Word

  • PowerPoint

  • Outlook

• Languages: Hindi & English

Key Responsibilities

New Product Development

• Lead complete R&D lifecycle for new product development.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams in India and China.

• Conduct initial feasibility studies and technical evaluations.

• Develop and customize software based on client requirements.

Product Testing & Optimization

• Testing of audio products such as earbuds, speakers, and accessories.

• Perform graphical tuning and audio optimization.

• Conduct functional and performance testing before approvals.

• Prepare EQ tuning data and maintain technical documentation.

Technical & Production Support

• Provide technical support to production teams.

• Ensure LABA stock combinations availability for shipment planning.

• Support PPC planning with required software configurations.

• Approve Production SOP technical parameters.

Quality & Compliance

• PCB and component-level inspection.

• Review IQC LABA reports and approve technical outputs.

• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for quality issues.

• Implement improvements based on customer feedback.

Client & Vendor Coordination

• Prepare product samples as per customer specifications.

• Deliver technical presentations during client discussions.

• Work with vendors for product improvements and enhancements.
