Orbit Global HR Consultants is hiring a Meta Ads – Senior Associate (Performance Marketing) for a rapidly growing travel-tech organization in Gurgaon.
This role is perfect for candidates experienced in Meta Ads campaign management, performance optimization, B2C growth marketing, and data-driven advertising strategies.
You will manage high-budget campaigns, drive conversions, and deliver strong ROI across digital channels.

⭐ Key Responsibilities
📌 Meta Ads Campaign Management
Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation, conversions, and revenue growth.
Manage full-funnel performance marketing strategies for B2C/D2C audiences.
📌 Performance Optimization
Monitor and optimize daily campaign performance to maximize ROAS, CTR, CPA, and conversions.
Implement audience segmentation, retargeting, lookalike audiences, and campaign experiments.
📌 Data Analytics & Reporting
Track performance using Google Analytics, Singular, Mixpanel, Looker Studio, AppsFlyer, and Meta dashboards.
Provide insight-rich performance reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
📌 A/B Testing & Experimentation
Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, landing pages, and funnels.
Work closely with product/UX teams to identify drop-offs and improve conversion journeys.
📌 Market Research & Paid Media Strategy
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, Meta Ads algorithm changes, and competitor activities.
Identify new growth opportunities and optimization ideas.
⭐ Mandatory Criteria (Must Meet All)
1–4 years of experience managing Meta Ads campaigns.
Experience working with reputable agencies or high-growth performance-driven companies.
Hands-on experience in B2C, D2C, FMCG, Fashion, Aggregators (e.g., RedBus, AbhiBus).
Must have managed ₹5 lakh+ monthly ad budgets independently.
Strong communication skills and stakeholder management abilities.
Notice period: Immediate / 30 days / Max 45 days or buyout option available.
Strong understanding of Paid Marketing ecosystem, attribution models, and app campaigns.
⭐ What We’re Looking For
Graduate with B.Tech / BCA from Tier 1 institutions preferred
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret large data sets.
Experience in Meta Ads, Google Analytics, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Looker Studio.
