Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Operations Manager / Operations Head to oversee the daily operations, service quality, inventory control, and business expansion for a growing food and beverage brand.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in restaurant operations, food cost management, inventory tracking, compliance with food safety regulations, and team management. The role requires someone capable of ensuring smooth outlet operations, improving profitability, and supporting new outlet development.

Key Responsibilities

Restaurant Operations Management

• Ensure smooth day-to-day operation of restaurant services

• Monitor service quality and ensure excellent customer experience

• Maintain operational standards and ensure efficient workflow across all departments

Inventory & Supply Chain Management

• Track inventory levels and stock consumption

• Manage food costing, wastage control, and profitability

• Handle purchase planning, ordering, and vendor coordination

• Maintain proper supply chain management for raw materials and kitchen supplies

Food Safety & Compliance

• Ensure strict adherence to food safety standards and regulatory compliance

• Implement FSSAI guidelines and hygiene standards

• Conduct regular quality and safety checks

Team Hiring & Training

• Lead the recruitment of kitchen and service staff

• Conduct training programs for service standards and operational procedures

• Build a strong and efficient restaurant operations team

Business Expansion & New Outlet Development

• Support the development and launch of new restaurant outlets

• Coordinate with management for operational planning and resource allocation

• Ensure smooth setup of kitchen operations, staff hiring, and service standards

Competitor & Market Analysis

• Conduct competitor research and market analysis

• Monitor industry trends and pricing strategies

• Provide insights to improve menu pricing, sales performance, and customer engagement

• Excellent leadership and communication abilities

Preferred Background
