Orbit Global HR Consultants is hiring a Product Analyst for a leading travel-tech client. This role is ideal for highly analytical candidates who are passionate about product performance, user behavior, data storytelling, and product experimentation.

You will work directly with Product, Engineering, Business, and Operations teams to convert data into powerful insights that shape product strategy, enhance user experience, and drive business growth.

✅ Mandatory Criteria

• Must be a graduate from IIT, NIT, NSUT, or DTU.

• 1–2 years of dedicated Product Analyst experience is mandatory.

• Strong hands-on experience in Product Analysis, Data Analysis, and Python.

• Proficiency in SQL and comfort working with large datasets.

• Experience with A/B testing, funnels, cohorts, retention, and product metrics.

• Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Mixpanel, GA, etc.

• Must have experience using Jira.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

📌 Key Responsibilities

1. Product Analytics & Insights

• Analyze user behavior, product flows, funnels, and retention trends.

• Identify growth opportunities and performance gaps through data insights.

• Conduct deep-dive analysis on large datasets to uncover product patterns.

• Build dashboards and define KPIs for demand, product features, and experiments.

2. Experimentation & Feature Tracking

• Work with cross-functional teams to design & measure A/B tests.

• Track feature launch metrics—adoption, engagement, retention, and ROI.

• Evaluate experiment outcomes using cohorts, funnels, and statistical tests.

3. Product Strategy Support

• Conduct competitive benchmarking and industry research.

• Support product roadmap decisions with data-backed recommendations.

• Partner with Product Managers to influence prioritization using insights.

4. Reporting & Visualization

• Create clear dashboards, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.

• Translate complex datasets into easy-to-understand insights.

• Use visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Mixpanel, GA, etc.

🎯 Candidate Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Business, or Data Science.

• Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving ability.

• Hands-on experience in SQL, Excel/Sheets, and data visualization tools.

• Strong knowledge of product metrics, cohorts, funnels, and experimentation.

• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and product documentation workflows.

• Knowledge of Python or R for analytical modeling (preferred).

• Exposure to consumer tech, mobility, travel, or marketplace ecosystems.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to present insights clearly.

• Passion for product growth, user behavior, and data-driven decision-making.
