This is a high-impact marketing role designed for a strategic storyteller who understands SaaS products, global markets, and data-driven GTM execution.


Job Overview

We are seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager with strong expertise in B2B SaaS marketing, global product positioning, and GTM strategy development.
You will be responsible for crafting compelling messaging, launching new features across international markets, creating sales enablement content, and driving performance-led marketing funnels.

This fully remote role offers the opportunity to influence global markets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape customer-facing narratives for a worldwide SaaS audience.


Key Responsibilities

1. Go-To-Market (GTM) Strategy & Product Positioning

  • Lead global GTM plans for product launches and feature rollouts.

  • Develop clear, differentiated product positioning for multiple countries.

  • Conduct competitive and market research to sharpen value propositions.

2. Global Messaging & Localization

  • Create compelling messages tailored for India, Southeast Asia, US, Mexico, Africa, and other regions.

  • Ensure alignment with cultural nuances, target persona needs, and market maturity.

3. Digital Marketing Funnels & Performance Campaigns

  • Build marketing funnels that drive lead generation, nurturing, and revenue growth.

  • Design campaigns targeting subscription conversion, churn reduction, and cross-sell adoption.

4. Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to drive GTM execution.

  • Act as “voice of the customer” to influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.

5. Sales Enablement Content Creation

  • Create product decks, battle cards, case studies, one-pagers, and competitive analysis sheets.

  • Support revenue teams with compelling, conversion-focused collateral.

6. HubSpot Automation & Campaign Execution

  • Run targeted email and WhatsApp campaigns using HubSpot automation.

  • Analyze performance for conversion optimization and ROI improvement.

7. Data & Performance Analytics

  • Use GA4 and other analytics tools to measure campaign performance, user behavior, and ROI.

  • Derive insights to optimize messaging, funnels, and customer journeys.

8. Creative Direction & Brand Alignment

  • Oversee design quality for marketing assets (decks, visuals, videos, web content).

  • Maintain consistent brand voice across all channels.


Mandatory Requirements (Strict Screening Criteria)

  1. 3+ years of experience in B2B product marketing (SaaS/Tech preferred).

  2. Strong ownership of GTM strategy and product/feature launches.

  3. Deep understanding of B2B SaaS, sales cycles, and subscription models.

  4. Proven expertise in product positioning, messaging, and global storytelling.

  5. Hands-on experience with HubSpot (automation, email & WhatsApp campaigns).

  6. Strong analytical abilities using Google Analytics 4 (GA4).

  7. Ability to design localized marketing strategies for multi-country audiences.

  8. Experience creating sales enablement content (decks, case studies, battle cards).

  9. Strong cross-team collaboration with Product, Sales & Customer Success.
