Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Manager to oversee the production and manufacturing activities within a fast-growing advertising and branding agency.

The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling the production of advertising materials such as signage, displays, POSM materials, branding elements, and promotional items.

The role requires close coordination with creative teams, clients, vendors, printers, and fabrication units to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with high quality standards.


Key Responsibilities

Production Planning & Execution

  • Plan and manage daily production activities for advertising and branding projects.

  • Develop production schedules and ensure timely completion of campaign deliverables.

  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.

Vendor & Fabrication Coordination

  • Coordinate with printers, fabricators, signage vendors, and production partners.

  • Oversee production of advertising materials such as POSM displays, signage boards, retail branding, packaging, and promotional materials.

  • Ensure production quality meets brand and client requirements.

Team Management

  • Supervise production staff and coordinate with creative and design teams.

  • Conduct training, monitor performance, and ensure productivity of the production team.

Quality Control

  • Ensure all produced materials meet company standards and client specifications.

  • Review prototypes, samples, and final production outputs.

Cost & Resource Management

  • Manage production budgets and control costs.

  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers for cost efficiency.

Process Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to improve production processes and efficiency.

  • Implement best practices in production planning and workflow management.

Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and operational regulations within the production environment.


Required Skills

  • Strong production management and planning skills

  • Experience in advertising production or branding fabrication

  • Vendor management and supplier coordination

  • Knowledge of POSM, signage production, and advertising materials

  • Team leadership and project coordination abilities

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Proficiency in MS Office and production management tools


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, Industrial Management, or related field

  • 4–7 years of experience in production management, preferably in advertising or branding industry


Preferred Experience

Candidates from the following industries will be preferred:

  • Advertising agencies

  • Branding companies

  • Signage manufacturing

  • POSM production companies

  • Retail branding / display manufacturing
