⭐ Key Responsibilities
As part of this role facilitated by Orbit Global, you will:
Lead strategic, high-impact programs from ideation to execution.
Break down complex business challenges into structured, actionable plans.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Tech, Growth) to ensure seamless execution.
Build scalable systems, SOPs, frameworks, and processes that drive efficiency.
Use data and forecasting tools to support planning and decision-making.
Partner with leadership to identify whitespace and business improvement opportunities.
Track KPIs, analyze performance trends, and implement course corrections.
Bring clarity, structure, and alignment into a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
⭐ Mandatory Requirements (Must-Haves)
Orbit Global will shortlist candidates ONLY if they meet the following:
Experience in Program Management / Business Operations / Strategic Planning / Demand Planning.
Graduation from Tier-1 institutions (IIT, NIT, NSU, ISB, IIM preferred).
Proven ability to build programs from 0–1, driving initiatives independently.
Strong demand planning capabilities and business acumen.
Excellent stakeholder management & presentation skills.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel and planning/forecasting tools.
Comfort working in highly dynamic and ambiguous environments.
Experience in Founder’s Office or OTA (Online Travel Agency) functions is a strong advantage.
