Orbit Global HR Consultants is currently hiring a Project Manager – Advertising Campaigns & Production Coordination for a leading organization in the advertising and marketing industry. The role involves managing the complete lifecycle of advertising campaigns, from concept development to final production and delivery.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating with clients, creative teams, vendors, and manufacturing partners to ensure successful execution of advertising campaigns and promotional projects. This role requires strong project management skills, production knowledge, and the ability to deliver high-quality outputs within defined timelines and budgets.
Job Summary
The Project Manager will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of advertising campaigns and related production or manufacturing projects. The role ensures that creative ideas are translated into high-quality physical and digital deliverables while maintaining strong coordination between internal teams, vendors, and clients.
The position requires effective management of timelines, budgets, resources, and production schedules to ensure all projects are delivered efficiently and meet client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Management
Plan and manage advertising projects from concept development to final execution.
Develop project timelines, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
Monitor project progress and ensure all milestones and deadlines are achieved.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
Client Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution.
Understand client requirements, campaign objectives, and brand guidelines.
Provide regular project updates and manage client feedback effectively.
Creative Team Collaboration
Coordinate with creative teams including designers, copywriters, and media planners.
Ensure campaign deliverables align with the client’s brand strategy.
Facilitate internal meetings and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Production & Manufacturing Coordination
Coordinate with vendors, printers, fabricators, and production partners.
Manage production of advertising materials such as signage, displays, packaging, POS materials, and promotional items.
Ensure quality control and adherence to production specifications.
Track manufacturing timelines and logistics to ensure timely delivery.
Budget Management & Cost Control
Prepare project budgets and monitor financial performance.
Track expenses and ensure projects remain within approved budgets.
Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to optimize project costs.
Quality Assurance
Review prototypes, samples, and final production outputs.
Ensure deliverables meet brand guidelines and quality standards.
Risk Management
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Resolve issues related to production delays, resource constraints, or client changes.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
3–6 years of experience in project management within advertising, marketing, or production environments.
Experience working with manufacturing vendors, printers, or production houses is highly preferred.
