You will join a global SaaS messaging and conversational engagement leader with over a decade of expertise serving industries such as Healthcare, Financial Services, Retail, Education, Staffing, and Wellness.
The organization is ISO 27001:2013 compliant and known for building secure, scalable, and enterprise-grade messaging platforms.
This is a high-impact, revenue-owning leadership role designed for a strong on-field enterprise sales professional ready to scale regional growth.
Your Role
As Regional Sales Manager – West & South India, you will:
Initially operate as an Individual Contributor, owning and closing enterprise deals directly.
Within 6–12 months, build and manage a team of 2–4 on-field sales professionals.
Drive revenue growth across Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, and surrounding territories.
Own regional strategy, pipeline generation, and enterprise closures.
This role requires strong expertise in complex SaaS / IT / CPaaS / Conversational AI solution selling.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Strategy
Drive and exceed ₹3–5 Cr annual quota for 2026.
Develop and execute regional sales strategy aligned with business objectives.
Maintain strong pipeline control and accurate forecasting.
Enterprise Selling
Close complex enterprise SaaS / CPaaS / AI deals independently.
Lead architecture discussions, integrations, and PoCs.
Engage CXOs, Marketing Heads, IT Leaders, and Operations stakeholders.
Sector Focus
Identify and close opportunities within:
Hospitals & Clinics
Healthcare Chains
BFSI / Fintech
D2C brands
Hunting & Farming
Generate new enterprise pipeline independently.
Grow and expand existing accounts.
Lead pricing, negotiation, and contract discussions.
Team Leadership (Phase 2)
Hire and scale a 2–4 member on-field sales team.
Coach and drive performance.
Ensure revenue visibility and pipeline discipline.
⚠️ Mandatory Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
Must be from SaaS industry only.
Minimum 7 years of on-field enterprise sales experience in India.
Strong experience in complex IT / SaaS / CPaaS / AI solution selling.
Consistent achievement of ₹10 Cr+ annual revenue targets in the last 2–3 years.
Experience selling into Healthcare and Fintech/BFSI sectors.
Experience managing 2–5 on-field sales professionals, along with working as an Individual Contributor.
Ability to independently generate pipeline and close enterprise deals.
