Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Retention Marketing Manager who can drive customer loyalty, repeat purchases, and higher LTV (Customer Lifetime Value). The candidate will be responsible for strategizing and executing retention campaigns across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS while leveraging CRM platforms and customer behavior insights.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute retention marketing strategies across Email, WhatsApp, and SMS.

• Build automated customer journeys for onboarding, engagement, win-back, and reactivation.

• Launch targeted and personalized retention campaigns to drive repeat purchases.

• Manage audience segmentation and personalization for improved engagement.

• Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using data-driven insights.

• Collaborate with content, creative, and customer experience teams to align communication.

• Maintain CRM tools and workflows to support scale and effectiveness.

Mandatory Requirements (Must-Have Skills)

✅ Minimum 4 years of experience in retention or lifecycle marketing in a D2C/e-commerce company.
✅ Hands-on experience managing Email, WhatsApp, and SMS marketing campaigns.
✅ Strong working knowledge of CRM tools such as WebEngage, CleverTap, HubSpot, etc.
✅ Experience in creating and optimizing automated customer journeys.
✅ Proven ability to drive repeat purchases, increase LTV, and reduce churn.
✅ Strong analytical mindset with expertise in performance tracking and segmentation.
