About the Role

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Revit MEP Engineer to join our design team. The role involves working on HVAC and Plumbing projects for US and UK clients, ensuring high-quality deliverables that meet international standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Work on Revit MEP (HVAC & Plumbing) projects for USA and UK markets

• Prepare detailed MEP models, shop drawings, and construction documentation

• Coordinate and implement client feedback and design revisions

• Perform clash detection and resolution using Revit and coordination tools

• Create and manage Revit families as per project requirements

• Handle projects independently from start to delivery

• Ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and guidelines

Skills & Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Revit MEP, Point Cloud, and AutoCAD

• Experience on 3–4 overseas Revit MEP projects (North America & Europe – HVAC & Plumbing)

• Good knowledge of ACCA Manual J, D & S for heating and cooling load calculations

• Experience with Right-Suite software (Wrightsoft) will be an added advantage

• Knowledge of Shop Drawings and Detailing up to LOD 500

• Strong understanding of clash detection and coordination workflows

• Ability to read, understand, and interpret technical specifications in English

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
