Role Summary
We are hiring a results-driven Sales Account Executive – US Market to own and scale enterprise revenue for a fast-growing B2B SaaS cybersecurity product company. This role is ideal for high-performing sales professionals with strong outbound capabilities, proven enterprise deal closures, and consistent quota achievement in the US market.
You will manage the entire sales lifecycle, work closely with senior enterprise stakeholders, and drive high-value SaaS deals from prospecting to closure.
Key Responsibilities
Own the complete sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, demos, proposals, negotiations, and deal closure
Drive outbound pipeline generation and maintain full ownership of revenue targets
Build and manage strong relationships with CXOs, VPs, and enterprise decision-makers
Convert complex customer requirements into high-value SaaS contracts
Manage mid-market and enterprise sales deals with long sales cycles
Collaborate with marketing, product, delivery, and finance teams to ensure customer success
Track market trends, competitors, and refine go-to-market strategies
Consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue quotas
Mandatory Screening Criteria (Non-Negotiable)
Candidates must meet all of the following requirements:
Prior experience in B2B SaaS or Cybersecurity sales
Minimum 3+ years of experience selling to the US market
Proven success closing mid-market and enterprise-level SaaS deals
Experience managing annual revenue targets of USD 300K–500K
Strong exposure to full-cycle sales, especially outbound acquisition and pipeline ownership
Demonstrated high-agency mindset with consistent quota attainment
No employment gap longer than 3 months
Experience & Skills Required
4–6 years of end-to-end enterprise sales experience in SaaS or IT
Cybersecurity sales exposure is a strong advantage
Hands-on experience with outbound prospecting and proactive pipeline creation
Strong understanding of enterprise sales frameworks such as BANT, MEDDICC, MEDDPICC
Experience handling RFPs, RFIs, SOWs, and commercial proposals
Proficiency in CRMs such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar tools
Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Comfortable working in US-aligned shifts when required
