Job Purpose

The Sales Associate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing strong relationships, and driving business growth by generating new sales opportunities. The role involves promoting the company’s products and solutions, understanding client needs, and delivering value-driven proposals to achieve revenue targets.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, technical understanding, and a proactive approach to building long-term client partnerships.


Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Target Achievement

  • Responsible for achieving the annual sales targets assigned by the organization.

  • Contribute to revenue growth through new customer acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.

2. Lead Generation & Business Development

  • Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and digital channels.

  • Conduct market research to identify potential customers and emerging opportunities.

3. Client Relationship Management

  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product or solution recommendations.

4. Product & Solution Presentation

  • Deliver professional sales presentations and product demonstrations.

  • Clearly communicate the benefits and value proposition of the company’s offerings.

5. Sales Process Management

  • Follow up on sales opportunities and maintain a structured sales pipeline.

  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions with potential clients.

6. Market Intelligence

  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.

  • Provide feedback to management for improving sales strategies and product offerings.
