You will work with a growing engineering solutions organization that supports factories, manufacturing plants, and infrastructure projects with reliable, practical industrial solutions.  Your Mission / What You’ll Do (Scope of Responsibilities)

Your work directly builds your professional value and income:

  • 60% – Field Sales & Industrial Visits
    You will travel within your region to meet plant heads, maintenance engineers, OEMs, and purchase teams, building strong market credibility.

  • 20% – Technical Consultative Selling
    You will analyse customer applications and recommend engineering products and solutions, building deep technical-commercial expertise.

  • 10% – Market Development
    You will open new accounts and unexplored territories, giving you ownership of your market.

  • 10% – CRM & Reporting
    You will track leads, quotations, and follow-ups, strengthening your professional discipline.

You will also:

  • Conduct product demos and technical presentations

  • Prepare commercial and technical proposals

  • Negotiate terms and close field-driven deals

  • Coordinate with internal service and operations teams


Requirements (Must-Have + Nice-to-Have)

✅ Essential Requirements

You should have:

  • Diploma / BE / BTech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering

  • 1–6 years of experience in industrial / technical field sales

  • Comfort with extensive regional travel

  • Confidence in discussions with plant-level and engineering stakeholders

  • Basic product exposure: motors, drives, automation, mechanical components, or industrial hardware

⭐ Nice-to-Have

You stand out if you have:

  • Experience in automation, motion control, power transmission, or control systems

  • Existing customer base in your territory

  • CRM / ERP usage experience

  • Tender or project sales experience

North Region

  • Preferred base: Delhi NCR

  • Travel: Delhi, Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh

East Region

  • Preferred base: Kolkata or any East India city

  • Travel: West Bengal, Odisha, Bihar, Jharkhand, Assam
