About the Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Sales Manager – Insurance for a leading insurance broking firm. The role requires strong leadership, client acquisition skills, and deep knowledge of multiple insurance lines, including Motor, Health, Life, and General Insurance.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Generate new business through cold calling, networking, references, and field visits

• Analyze client requirements and recommend suitable insurance solutions across all insurance lines

• Present insurance products clearly, explaining coverage, benefits, and policy terms

• Convert leads into sales by handling objections, negotiations, and deal closures

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for renewals, cross-selling, and referrals

• Support customers with policy issuance, renewals, endorsements, and servicing

• Assist clients during the claims process whenever required

• Track market trends, competitor products, and industry developments

• Ensure strict adherence to IRDAI regulations and internal sales processes

• Maintain accurate sales reports, MIS, and daily activity tracking

• Support team members and contribute to achieving overall business targets
