Our client, Infra Solutions, is a reputed organization operating in the Waterproofing and Construction Chemicals sector, working closely with government departments and PSU clients on infrastructure and construction projects across India.
Job Summary
We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive for one of our esteemed clients. The role involves business development, client relationship management, and coordination with government and institutional clients. Candidates with experience in construction chemicals and a civil engineering background will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify potential customers through calls, site visits, and follow-ups
Generate leads and support consistent sales growth
Conduct meetings with government clients such as CPWD, MES, PWD, and PSUs
Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials
Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and execution
Maintain client data, lead records, and reports using CRM, MS Excel, and PowerPoint
Represent the company professionally in meetings and client interactions
Eligibility Criteria
Education
Graduate or Diploma in any discipline
Civil Engineering background will be an added advantage
Experience
1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development
Experience in Construction Chemicals industry is mandatory
Required Skills
Working knowledge of CRM systems
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools
Confidence in client presentations and public interactions
Willingness to travel
Ability to work independently and under pressure
