Our client, Infra Solutions, is a reputed organization operating in the Waterproofing and Construction Chemicals sector, working closely with government departments and PSU clients on infrastructure and construction projects across India.


Job Summary

We are hiring a Sales & Marketing Executive for one of our esteemed clients. The role involves business development, client relationship management, and coordination with government and institutional clients. Candidates with experience in construction chemicals and a civil engineering background will be preferred.


Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients

  • Identify potential customers through calls, site visits, and follow-ups

  • Generate leads and support consistent sales growth

  • Conduct meetings with government clients such as CPWD, MES, PWD, and PSUs

  • Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials

  • Coordinate with internal teams for proposal preparation and execution

  • Maintain client data, lead records, and reports using CRM, MS Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Represent the company professionally in meetings and client interactions


Eligibility Criteria

Education

  • Graduate or Diploma in any discipline

  • Civil Engineering background will be an added advantage

Experience

  • 1–2 years of experience in Sales / Business Development

  • Experience in Construction Chemicals industry is mandatory


Required Skills

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools

  • Confidence in client presentations and public interactions

  • Willingness to travel

  • Ability to work independently and under pressure

  • Civil engineering background

  • Self-motivated and target-oriented

  • Looking to build a long-term career in Sales & Business Development within the construction industry
