Sales & Marketing Manager (Networking & Events)
We are looking for an experienced and well-connected Sales & Marketing Manager from the Jain community to lead membership growth, partnerships, and the execution of high-quality business networking events.
The role requires a dynamic professional who can build strong relationships within the Jain business ecosystem, drive engagement, and successfully plan and execute networking meets, conclaves, and community-driven business programs.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Member Engagement
Drive new member onboarding, engagement, and retention
Build and nurture long-term relationships with Jain entrepreneurs, professionals, and business leaders
Promote memberships, events, and community initiatives
Networking Events & Programs
Conceptualize, plan, promote, and execute business networking events, meets, seminars, and conclaves
Ensure strong attendance, meaningful interactions, and post-event follow-ups
Coordinate with volunteers, committees, and stakeholders for smooth execution
Marketing & Promotions
Develop and implement marketing strategies for events and community initiatives
Oversee digital promotions via social media, email campaigns, and messaging platforms
Coordinate with designers and vendors for promotional materials
Partnerships & Sponsorships
Identify and onboard sponsors, partners, and collaborators from within the business community
Negotiate sponsorship packages and manage deliverables
Maintain strong relationships with partners and supporters
Reporting & Coordination
Track participation, engagement levels, and revenue from events
Prepare activity reports and performance summaries
Work closely with leadership and advisory members
Eligibility & Qualifications
Community Requirement
Candidate must belong to the Jain community and have strong community connect
Education
Graduate / Postgraduate in Marketing, Management, Business Administration, or related field
Experience
5+ years of experience in Sales, Marketing, Events, or Community Management
Proven experience in organizing networking events, conferences, or business meets
Experience with associations, trade bodies, chambers, or community organizations is preferred
Key Skills & Competencies
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
Strong event planning and execution abilities
Sales-oriented mindset with ability to close memberships and sponsorships
Comfortable with public speaking and stakeholder interactions
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability
Proficient in CRM tools, MS Excel, PowerPoint, and digital platforms
Willingness to travel for events and meetings
