Job Overview

We are hiring experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Professionals to design, implement, and support customer service solutions. This role combines development, configuration, and client interaction, offering an excellent opportunity to work on enterprise-scale projects using Salesforce Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement solutions on Salesforce Service Cloud
• Customize features such as:
  • Case Management
  • Knowledge Base
  • Omni-Channel Routing
  • Service Console
• Develop using Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing support
• Collaborate with clients to gather and translate requirements
• Ensure best practices in scalability, performance, and security

Required Skills

• Strong experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
• Hands-on with:
  • Apex, SOQL, SOSL
  • Lightning Components / LWC
  • REST/SOAP APIs
• Good understanding of CRM and customer support workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• Salesforce Certifications (preferred):
  • Salesforce Administrator
  • Service Cloud Consultant
  • Platform Developer I / II
