Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and articulate Senior Account Executive (Inside Sales) to drive business growth by expanding the customer base across APAC markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales cycle, from prospecting to closure, while effectively communicating product value and technical capabilities.

This role requires strong SaaS sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.


Experience & Qualification

  • Total Experience: 6+ years
  • SaaS Sales Experience: Minimum 4+ years (Mandatory)
  • Education: Graduation (any discipline)

Mandatory Criteria (Non-Negotiable)

  • Proven experience in inside sales / outbound sales, preferably in APAC markets
  • Strong ownership of complete sales cycle: Prospecting → Demo → Negotiation → Closure
  • Demonstrated success in pipeline generation and opportunity management
  • Experience with forecasting and reporting accuracy
  • Ability to deliver impactful product demos and explain technical features with business value

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking and outbound prospecting
  • Conduct product presentations and demos to potential clients
  • Understand customer requirements and map solutions accordingly
  • Manage the entire sales pipeline effectively using structured sales processes
  • Handle negotiations and close deals while addressing client objections
  • Ensure accurate sales forecasting and reporting
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with customers
  • Develop sales proposals, tenders, and documentation
  • Promote products by highlighting technical features and benefits
  • Stay updated with product knowledge through training sessions
  • Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets
