About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Business Setup Manager – Food Corners for a rapidly growing F&B brand that develops compact, modern food counters located inside metro stations, transit hubs, and high-traffic public areas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced on-ground operations and enjoys building outlets from scratch.
You will play a key role in launching new food counters, managing supply chains, driving vendor partnerships, and ensuring consistent operational excellence across locations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build & Launch New Food Counter Locations
Identify and finalize high-traffic sites such as metro stations, malls, business hubs, and markets.
Lead complete end-to-end setup — licensing, layout planning, equipment setup, staffing, and go-live.
Ensure every new location meets brand, safety, and compliance standards.
2. Manage Supply Chain & Logistics
Handle procurement, vendor selection, and supply chain processes for all outlets.
Optimize purchasing, storage, delivery, and quality control systems.
Ensure 100% product availability while controlling costs.
3. Lead Vendor & Partner Management
Build long-term partnerships with suppliers, contractors, and service providers.
Negotiate cost-effective contracts that support scalability.
Maintain strong coordination to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
4. Drive Local Store Marketing
Develop and execute hyperlocal marketing plans for each outlet.
Boost footfall through creative promotional strategies and on-ground brand visibility initiatives.
5. Ensure Operational Excellence
Supervise daily operations across multiple locations.
Conduct team training, audits, performance reviews, and SOP implementation.
Maintain consistent quality, service speed, and hygiene standards.
Who Should Apply (Must-Have Qualifications)
Hands-on experience in setting up food counters, kiosks, QSRs, or grab-and-go outlets (mandatory).
Strong background working in metro stations, malls, airports, transit hubs, or busy public zones.
Expertise in F&B supply chain, vendor management, logistics, and operations.
Ability to independently manage projects from planning to execution.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Strong on-ground presence and willingness to travel across city locations.

Technical Skills

- Knowledge of food service equipment, layout planning, and technical specifications
- Expertise in supply chain management, vendor onboarding, and logistics coordination
- Ability to create and implement SOPs for daily operations
- Familiarity with basic reporting tools and operational dashboards
Bachelor's Degree
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Food Technology, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Equivalent professional experience in F&B setup and operations will also be considered.
Master's Degree
- MBA or Master’s in Operations, Retail, Hospitality, or Supply Chain (preferred but not compulsory).
- Candidates with strong industry experience may be considered without a master’s degree.
