➡️ Job Title: Senior Design Engineer – Mechanical
➡️ Department: Mechanical
➡️ No. of Vacancies: 1
➡️ Reporting To: Team Lead / Sr. Technical Manager – Mechanical
➡️ Team Responsibility: Will lead 2 mechanical engineers
➡️ Qualification: B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering
➡️ Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in:

• Designing Aerospace/Defence systems

• Mechanisms

• Automotive components

• Machinery & related mechanical systems

⚠️ Important Requirement:

🎯 Purpose of the Role

The selected candidate will:

• Lead junior mechanical engineers

• Apply advanced mechanical design expertise

• Support project implementation

• Contribute to technology development, testing, integration, and new product design

🔧 Technical Skills Required

Must-Have Technical Expertise

• Strong mechanical engineering fundamentals

• Mechanism and thermal engineering knowledge

• Design calculations, Solid Modeling, DFMECA, Reliability Analysis

• GD&T expertise

• Proficient in SOLIDWORKS (3D design)

Good-to-Have Skills

• Finite Element Modelling

• Thermal (linear, nonlinear, transient) analysis

• Static, dynamic, structural & vibrational analysis

• ANSYS

📝 Key Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical design calculations for systems & components

• Calculate reliability & MTBF for systems

• Size and select mechanical components:
  Gears, Bearings, Shafts, Couplings, Springs, Keys, Bolts, Nuts, Washers, etc.

• Choose appropriate materials & manufacturing processes

• Coordinate with electrical engineers to size/select motors

• Execute tolerance analysis

• Develop conceptual designs using AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other CAD tools

💰 Compensation

• Attractive salary package with reasonable hike based on current CTC

• Candidates must disclose current CTC for accurate evaluation
