We are looking for an experienced HR professional who can lead core HR operations, payroll, recruitment, PMS, employee relations, and HR analytics while partnering closely with plant leadership and corporate management.


Your Role

As an HR Manager / Senior Manager – HR, you will play a strategic and operational role in managing the complete employee lifecycle across recruitment, payroll, performance management, HR operations, employee engagement, and compliance.

You will work closely with business leaders to strengthen HR processes, improve workforce productivity, and build a high-performance culture within the manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for plant, corporate, technical, and support functions.
  • Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and hiring priorities.
  • Manage sourcing through portals, consultants, references, and internal databases.
  • Improve hiring turnaround time and candidate experience.
  • Support onboarding and induction programs for new employees.

Payroll & Compensation Management

  • Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing for employees and staff.
  • Handle payroll inputs including attendance, overtime, leave records, reimbursements, and statutory deductions.
  • Coordinate salary revisions, increment letters, promotion letters, and compensation structures.
  • Manage employee benefits, bonus processing, and compensation benchmarking.
  • Partner with Finance for payroll audits and reconciliations.

PMS & Performance Management

  • Drive the complete Performance Management System (PMS) cycle.
  • Coordinate goal setting, performance reviews, normalization, and appraisal discussions.
  • Prepare annual increment and promotion recommendations.
  • Support leadership with performance analytics and productivity tracking.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of KPI-based performance systems.

HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle Management

  • Manage joining formalities, confirmations, transfers, exits, and full & final settlements.
  • Maintain HR policies, employee records, and HR documentation.
  • Ensure smooth HR operations across shifts and manufacturing units.
  • Handle employee grievance management and disciplinary processes.
  • Support employee engagement and retention initiatives.

Industrial Relations & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory regulations, statutory requirements, and HR audits.
  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for statutory compliance.
  • Support plant HR activities and employee welfare initiatives.
  • Handle HR compliance documentation and reporting.

HR Data Management & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate employee database and HRMIS systems.
  • Generate HR dashboards, MIS reports, attrition analysis, and manpower reports.
  • Analyze workforce trends and provide actionable insights to management.
  • Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data.

What We Are Looking For

  • MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.
  • 10–16 years of HR experience in manufacturing, industrial, or engineering environments.
  • Strong experience in:
    • Payroll Management
    • Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
    • HR Operations
    • PMS & Increment Management
    • Employee Relations & Industrial Relations
    • Statutory Compliance
    • HR Analytics & MIS
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS/ERP systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, Oracle, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Advanced Excel and HR reporting skills preferred.
