Senior Product Designer (OTT | Media & Entertainment | Onsite – Noida)

Your Mission — What You Will Do

As Senior Product Designer, you will craft intuitive, delightful, and scalable product experiences across mobile and web platforms. You own the end-to-end design process and shape how millions of users interact with content.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Product Design (40%)

• You will conceptualize, wireframe, prototype, and deliver high-fidelity UI designs for mobile and web.

• You transform complex user needs into simple, elegant user journeys.

User Research & Usability Testing (20%)

• You will conduct interviews, surveys, usability tests, and analyze behavioral insights to refine product experiences.

Product Collaboration (20%)

• You will work closely with PMs to define flows, journeys, and design experiments.

• You partner with engineering to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.

Design Systems (10%)

• You will build, manage, and scale design systems and UI standards across all digital products.

Continuous Improvement (10%)

• You analyze product data, run A/B tests, and iterate based on performance and user feedback.

Requirements — What Makes You a Strong Fit

Must-Have Skills

• 4–6 years of experience in Product Design / UI/UX Design

• Formal education: B.Des / M.Des / equivalent

• Strong portfolio showcasing mobile & web product designs (mandatory)

• Expertise in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Illustrator, prototyping tools

• Strong understanding of design systems, interaction design, usability, UX heuristics

• Experience in product-based companies or fast-growth startups

• Experience designing high-traffic consumer products is a major plus
