Function: Sales & Business Development – Flavours Division
Experience Required: 3–4 years (mandatory exposure to flavours distribution & dealer markets)
Qualification: Graduate
CTC Budget: ₹5.5 LPA – ₹7 LPA

🎯 Core Objective of the Role
The Senior Executive – Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth in assigned territories by:
Executing business development & sales activities
Managing and growing dealer/distributor networks
Driving cross-sell, upsell, and new client acquisition
Ensuring high lead conversion, customer retention, and strong client satisfaction (NPS)
This is a target-driven, field-focused role with clear ownership of revenue, collections, and client relationships.
🔑 Key Responsibility Areas (What the Role Is Really About)
1️⃣ Client & Relationship Metrics (Customer-Centric Role)
Build and maintain long-term relationships with:
Normal accounts
Large / strategic / key accounts
Ensure high client NPS by:
Understanding client needs (especially flavour applications)
Timely resolution of queries & complaints
Ongoing account management and follow-ups
➡️ Ideal candidate: Strong in relationship management with distributors, dealers, and B2B customers in flavours/FMCG ingredients.
2️⃣ Financial & Revenue Metrics (Hard Targets)
Achieve assigned revenue targets
Improve sales efficiency by:
Reducing cost per sale
Reducing sales cycle time (first meeting → order closure)
Ensure timely collections:
Follow up on payments
Close collections within defined cycles
➡️ Critical skill: Someone who understands credit cycles, distributor payments, and commercial discipline.
3️⃣ Sales Channels & Growth (Expansion-Focused)
Convert:
Normal accounts → Large / Strategic accounts
Drive:
Cross-selling (more product categories per client)
Upselling (more SKUs / volumes within categories)
Use customer buying insights to:

Close deals in fewer iterations
