Your Mission / What You’ll Do (Scope of Responsibilities)
You gain practical engineering experience through real responsibilities:
40% – Service Room Operations
You will manage inward and outward movement of instruments, helping you develop structured work habits and strong process discipline.25% – Complaint Logging & Record Management
You will study customer complaints, document exact fault details, and share accurate information with service engineers and users. This builds your problem-understanding ability.25% – Product Learning & Technical Skill Development
You will study company products, internal service procedures, and gradually learn to handle service activities independently.10% – Coordination & Support
You will coordinate with senior engineers and users to ensure smooth service workflows and better customer experience.
You will:
Follow Service Room SOPs strictly
Maintain service registers and digital logs
Tag, label, and track instruments
Prepare service reports
Support basic troubleshooting tasks under guidance
Requirements (Must-Have + Nice-to-Have)
✅ Essential Requirements
To succeed in this role, you need:
Diploma / BTech / MTech in Electronics (only this stream is accepted)
Basic understanding of electronic circuits and instruments
Willingness to learn through hands-on work
Ability to follow instructions and maintain accurate documentation
Comfortable working with tools, devices, and systems
⭐ Nice-to-Have Skills
You stand out if you already have:
Experience handling weighing instruments or industrial measuring devices
Internship or ITI experience in electronics service/repair
Familiarity with troubleshooting using multimeters and basic tools
