3️⃣ Your Mission / What You’ll Do

As Showroom Manager, you will take complete ownership of sales performance, team leadership, customer experience, and daily operations of a high-value jewellery showroom.

This role gives you control, visibility, and accountability—not just targets.

Sales & Revenue Leadership (40%)

  • You will drive monthly and annual showroom revenue through walk-in conversion, repeat customers, and relationship selling.

  • You will personally handle high-value customers, ensuring trust, transparency, and long-term loyalty.

  • You will monitor daily sales reports, gold movement, and category performance to improve margins and productivity.

👉 You gain real influence over business results—not just responsibility without authority.

Team Leadership & Floor Management (25%)

  • You will lead, coach, and discipline showroom staff including sales executives and support teams.

  • You will set daily targets, conduct briefings, and ensure professional grooming and selling behaviour.

  • You will resolve customer escalations calmly and confidently.

👉 You build a team that respects your experience and follows your lead.

Customer Experience & Compliance (20%)

  • You will ensure every customer interaction follows company ethics, pricing transparency, and jewellery compliance standards.

  • You will oversee billing accuracy, documentation, and adherence to SOPs.

  • You will ensure zero tolerance for malpractice or shortcuts.

👉 You protect both the brand and your professional credibility.

Operations, Stock & Reporting (15%)

  • You will monitor stock movement, display standards, and inventory coordination.

  • You will ensure timely reporting to senior management.

  • You will coordinate with HO teams for audits, schemes, and operational requirements.

👉 You run the showroom like a business unit, not just a counter.


4️⃣ Requirements (Clear, Non-Negotiable)

Must-Have

  • Mandatory jewellery industry experience (retail showroom environment)

  • Proven experience as Showroom Manager / Assistant Manager / Senior Floor Manager

  • Strong understanding of jewellery sales, customer psychology, and gold operations

  • Ability to lead teams firmly yet respectfully

  • Malayali candidate strongly preferred (language and cultural familiarity)

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience handling premium or high-footfall showrooms

  • Exposure to audit processes and SOP-driven organisations

Ideal Candidate Persona:
You are calm under pressure, confident with customers, respected by staff, and disciplined with systems. You don’t shout to lead—you lead by example.
