About the Role
Our client, a fast-growing D2C & FMCG luxury personal care brand, is looking to hire a creative and driven Social Media Manager (Female) to strengthen and scale their digital presence.
This role is ideal for a content-first marketer who understands brand storytelling, influencer ecosystems, PR collaborations, podcasts, and performance marketing fundamentals. The candidate will play a key role in shaping the brand’s voice across platforms while leading social media execution end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media & Content Strategy
Own and manage the end-to-end social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and emerging platforms
Plan and execute monthly, quarterly, and campaign-based content calendars aligned with brand and business objectives
Create compelling content in English & Hindi, including captions, hooks, scripts, reels, ads, and podcast briefs
Maintain brand consistency, tone of voice, and visual storytelling across all digital platforms
Creative Execution & Shoots
Conceptualize and execute reels, static creatives, short-form videos, ads, and podcast content
Plan, lead, and execute product shoots and model shoots for social media, paid campaigns, website, and brand marketing
Develop mood boards, shot lists, and creative concepts aligned with campaign goals
Be actively involved during shoots to ensure brand aesthetics, storytelling, and content requirements are met
Coordinate with models, photographers, videographers, stylists, makeup artists, editors, and production teams
Oversee post-production to deliver platform-ready content across formats
Team, Agency & PR Management
Build, manage, and mentor the in-house social media and content team
Work closely with media agencies, PR agencies, and performance marketing teams
Support and execute PR strategies, brand collaborations, product launches, and marketing activations
Influencer, Podcast & Community Marketing
Build and manage strong relationships with influencers, creators, UGC communities, and podcast collaborators
Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end
Assist in podcast ideation, planning, shoots, guest coordination, and distribution
Performance, Trends & Reporting
Collaborate with performance marketing teams on social ad creatives and campaign planning
Track and analyze content performance, trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior
Use insights to continuously optimize reach, engagement, and overall brand impact
On-Ground Activations
Participate in shoots, influencer meets, events, launches, and brand activations
Be comfortable with travel for campaigns and on-ground execution
Required Skills & Qualifications
4–5 years of hands-on experience in Social Media Management (Agency / FMCG / D2C brands)
Strong exposure to FMCG & D2C brands, preferably in beauty, personal care, perfume, or lifestyle
Excellent English & Hindi communication and writing skills
Proven creativity in reels, static posts, short-form videos, and social storytelling
Solid understanding of content planning, strategy, and execution
Experience with product shoots, model shoots, influencer marketing, PR strategy, podcasts, and digital campaigns
Basic to intermediate understanding of paid social ads and performance marketing
Strong network with influencers, creators, agencies, and production partners
Excellent people management, coordination, and leadership skills
Confident, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
