Software Engineer – C++ / .NET / Mid-Office Ticketing Systems (Compleat) / Coding

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in C++, .NET, and Compleat Ticketing Tool to join their high-performance development team.

Role Summary

As a Software Engineer, you will contribute to the full software development lifecycle, delivering robust, scalable and high-performance systems. You will build and enhance core components of the company’s ticketing and automation platforms, ensuring seamless integration, optimized workflows, and top-tier engineering quality.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced technical environments and wants to work on mission-critical systems that support global operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and deploy applications using C++, C#, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.

• Enhance and automate workflows within the Compleat Ticketing Tool, improving ticket lifecycle management and incident resolution processes.

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following SOLID, OOP principles, and modern engineering practices.

• Participate fully in the SDLC — requirements analysis, coding, debugging, and deployment.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards across the team.

• Maintain and optimize legacy modules while contributing to new feature development.

• Integrate APIs, third-party tools, libraries, and internal services ensuring system stability and performance.

• Prepare detailed documentation including system design, technical specifications, and API references.

• Build intelligent automation features to enhance booking and mid-office operations.

Technical Skills Required

• Strong hands-on experience in C++, C#, .NET Framework, .NET Core

• Experience with Compleat Ticketing Tool or similar platforms (JIRA, ServiceNow, Zendesk)

• Solid understanding of Clean Code, SOLID, TDD, and standard engineering practices

• Proficiency in SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL

• Experience designing and integrating REST/SOAP APIs

• Ability to work in Windows and Linux development environments

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline

• 3–5 years of professional development experience in C++ and .NET

• Strong understanding of OOP, design patterns, and system architecture

• Proven experience with ticketing or workflow management tools

• Excellent debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile teams

Product Management Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements

• Determine optimal delivery approaches for ongoing and new initiatives

• Regularly communicate project status and updates

• Participate in meetings to present system workflows and integration architecture

• Provide technical support to training and operations teams

Preferred Skills

• Cloud exposure: AWS / Azure / GCP

• Understanding of microservices, Docker, Kubernetes

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools

• Basic knowledge of front-end technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React)

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or IT is preferred but not mandatory
• Candidates with a strong technical portfolio or advanced experience in C++/.NET development will be equally considered
